Centrico is a family-owned cocina rooted in Oaxacan tradition, serving Downtown Phoenix since 2017. Everything is made from scratch, right down to the two sauces over our enchiladas, and poured alongside one of the largest agave collections in the city: over 100 tequilas and mezcals. Refined enough for a night out, easy enough for a weekday lunch.
